Witnesses Say Woman Locked Daughters In Trunk While She Went To Walmart

A mother in Utah was book on child abuse charges after folks say she locked her children, 2 and 5 years old, in her trunk while she shopped at Walmart. According to NY Daily News, a witness named Charity Maw walked by the vehicle and could hear the two young girls voices, as they screamed and cried to get out. She said she was shocked and shaken over it.

“The little girl’s voice. Just screaming, let me out! I’m scared.”

That’s when another woman walked up and coached one of the girls into popping the lock to the trunk from the inside.

“The only explanation she had was, ‘My babysitter didn’t show up,'” a witness named Heidi said, she refused to disclose her full name to Fox 13 News. SMH.

Reports say Tori Castillo was booked into the Weber County Correctional Facility. She faces four counts of child abuse with physical injury, and one charge of theft.

Tiger Woods Explains DUI Arrest

After getting a DUI in Florida and getting memed to oblivion, Tiger Woods has a perfectly good explanation for what really happened. Tiger was arrested Monday around 3 a.m. on DUI charges near his Jupiter, Florida, home.

According to Tiger himself, however, the officers got I all wrong. He was NOT drunk during the traffic stop, instead, he had an “unexpected reaction” to prescribed medications.

Suuuuuuuuuure.

“I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions,” Woods wrote in his statement. “I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly.”

Are you buying Tiger’s prescription pill excuse???

Vivica Fox Sued Over Messy Male Revue

According to The Jasmine Brand, Vivica Fox has been served with some serious allegations from a reported former business partner. The actress is being sued for libel, slander and intentional interference with contractual relations by “Chocolate City” film director Jean-Claude LaMarre.

After directing a successful “male stripper” movie, he says he approached Fox with the idea to do the T.V. show. Hence, Vivica’s Black Magic, which aired on Lifetime.

LaMarre now says Fox swiped his male review idea from under his nose and tried to turn the dancers against him, by threatening their pay checks.

Business ties reportedly went sour between Fox and LaMarre after she made an appearance on The Breakfast Club, stating that the male strip show was NOT for gays. The LGBT community didn’t like Viv’s tone and neither did LaMarre. That’s when it seems the two began to campaign against each other, splitting the male revue in half. The complaint says Vivica forced the dancers to choose who to rock with– at the expense of their jobs.

From the report, LaMarre’s attorneny writes in the compalint:

LaMarre believed that the exposure and publicity that Black Magic Live would receive from the reality series would dwarf any negative impact from the perception of an actor, Fox, running his business. Fox began a campaign of defamation against LaMarre, telling the dancers that LaMarre didn’t care about them, was exploiting them, and taking advantage of them, and now that they were on the brink of celebrity, they no longer needed LaMarre. Fox also began advertising her Xplicit Minds shows as dancers ‘from Vivica’s Black Magic.’

LaMarre also says Vivica actively tried to interfere with promotions for his show by calling it a “fake,” and telling her fans to avoid “Black Magic” like the plague according to TMZ. Yikes!

Rapper On The Hook For Back Taxes Yet Again

Nas must hate to have to pay Uncle Sam.

It seems that way after the “The Get Down” producer was hit once again with a lien for six figures in back taxes, BOSSIP has learned.

The state of California’s Tax Franchise Board recently slapped the veteran rapper with a tax lien for $294,057 for income from 2014 and 2015. The amount will continue to garner interest until the debt is paid, and the state could even come for the “If I Ruled The World” rapper’s properties. The lien will also become attached to any new property that Nas decides to buy.

It’s not the first time that Nas has fallen afoul of the tax man. Earlier this year, the veteran Queens rapper has shelled out more than $3.5 million in back taxes after the IRS accused him of not paying federal income taxes in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

However, Nas isn’t totally off the hook when it comes to his tax issues. He still owes nearly $426,000 to the state of Georgia on income he earned in 2007. That amount includes a nearly $60,000 penalty, more than $57,000 in interest and a nearly $71,000 “collection fee.”

For a group that “won”, Republicans sure are an angry bunch these days. On the heels of congressional candidate Greg Gianforte violently body slamming a reporter for asking questions, we have this ugly incident.

A Republican councilman in New Jersey named Richard Jassterzbski was caught on camera crudely berating a Passaic County Regular Republican Organization employee. A woman. According to RawStory:

“You wish you were being f*cked by me,” Jasterzbski said, according to a video filmed by Enderly-Peracchio’s daughter. “You don’t have to worry about me penetrating you at all. You wanted fair and square and you should have been satisfied with that, but you stood there and you let them corrupt the system of political process.”

Kevin Hart Admits To “Violent” Fights With Torrei Hart

Kevin Hart is owning up to some seriously unfunny behavior in his previous marriage. The comedian is currently promoting his book “I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons” filled with outrageous tidbits about his life. In particular, he goes into shocking detail about the tumultuous on-again-off-again relationship between him and his first wife Torrei Hart.

According to Kevin infidelity and at times even violence wreaked havoc on their marriage.

“Me and my ex wife. When it got violent where we’re fighting – Am I really fighting?” Kevin told “The Breakfast Club” about the book. “Am I holding my hands up as if she’s a man right now? Oh my God. This is—I’m out. I’ve really got my hands up to not defend, but counter.

“Like, I’m waiting for you to throw a punch,” he added.” Cuz I’m about to counter the s*** out of you. Like I’m really that upset to where I have to get in a stance. When you get in a stance, that’s when I checked myself.”

He also added that he and Torrei are much better partners to other people after their split.

Torrei previously confessed to making mistakes in their marriage and told CoCoa Fab that she’s taking responsibility.

“Honestly, it wasn’t all Kevin’s fault,” said Torrei.”I won’t say it was all his fault. Cause I look back now and I take ownership of some of the things I could’ve did differently.”

The exes are now amicable and Torrei recently congratulated Kevin and his new wife Eniko on their big baby news and joined them at Kevin’s Hollywood Walk of Fame dedication.

Family Of Arnaldo Rios-Soto Sues City Of Miami

The family of an extremely autistic man whose unarmed caretaker was shot with his hands up is filing a lawsuit.

According to The Miami Herald, the family of Arnaldo Rios wants justice after they say he was “falsely imprisoned”, and inflicted with “pain and suffering” after his therapist Charles Kinsey was shot.

The shooting that was caught on tape sparked outrage, and Officer Jonathan Aledda, the one who shot Kinsey, was charged with felony manslaughter.

According to the publication, the lawsuit adds that Rios who has an IQ of 40 was not only battered and assaulted by police who placed him in handcuffs simply for playing with a silver toy truck but was Officer Aledda’s intended target when he fired three rounds from his rifle.

The president of the union representing the officers being sued called the lawsuit “flippant.”

Well we hope this “flippant” lawsuit sticks and the officers are held accountable for their actions that day.

According to RhymesWithSnitch, the new issue of Star magazine reveals that a shady pimp-ish character is going around Hollyweird attempting to sell an iPad that allegedly has lots of Khloe and Lamar’s personal photos and information.

Story goes, an L.A. prostitute found the device inside a hotel room two years ago. Apparently, this ho is also a hacker, because either she or this shady salesman got into the locked iPad and discovered the pics.

There’s no telling which of the other Kardashians/Jenners have freaky flicks and, or, embarrassing info on that tablet.

Tristan Thompson’s queen is in danger of having her remixed cakes exposed to the world. He better tie his cape tight and protect her honor.

Tuesday The Gordon Parks Foundation hosted its star-studded Annual Awards Dinner and Auction celebrating Parks’ rich legacy and honoring those that continue to make an impact in the performing and visual arts and humanitarianism. Honorees for the 2017 Awards included: The Honorable Congressman John Lewis, philanthropist Alexander Soros, singer and activist Mavis Staples, musician Jon Batiste, American Express Chairman and CEO, Kenneth Chenault and his wife, philanthropist Kathryn Chenault. The event hosted over 650 guests, and raised more than $1.3 million. All proceeds from the evening will support the Foundation’s ongoing artistic and educational programs and initiatives.
