Thaddeus Jimenez, a 37-yr-old millionaire gangster, was just sentenced to 9+ years in prison for shooting a man on facebook live in both of his legs. Jimenez won a wrongful arrest settlement against the city for $25 million back in 2012 and WAS balling out of control.
