A couple weeks ago we posted this new song “What’s The Combo” by Montage which features YFN Lucci. They just dropped the official video, directed by Marc Diamond, where Montage and Lucci throw an extravagant party with countless ladies.
“Working with Lucci was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. He is super down to earth and just willing to work,” Montage explained when asked about his new collaboration with the Atlanta emcee. Montage went on to say, “The video was amazing and everyone gave 110% and just had fun… great vibes.”
We know that this song may not sit well with some folks. Even for the ladies who are multi-racial, how do you feel about a man who sings about wanting a woman “mixed like a daquiri”? Just had to ask…

With the release of 2 Chainz’ latest album, “Pretty Girls Like Trap Music,” the rapper and his team put up a bright pink trap house on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta, complete with a stove and car parked in front. Of course, fans of his music and those who wanted to stunt for the gram flocked to the location to get their pics.
The car was damaged by some white frat boys jumping on top of it, and then was towed for being a safety hazard. On top of that, local businesses are complaining that there’s too much traffic and not enough parking, yearning for the house to be brought back to normal.
Though their lease on the trap house was supposed to be over on July 6th, because the house is such a hit they are considering extending it’s stay longer. Because the house is private property, there’s not much police can really do regarding the neighborhood complaints.

O.J. must really have the juice, like people say.
After being accused of murdering his wife Nicole Brown, her bestie, Kris Jenner says “she’ll see” if O.J. will be able to re-enter her family circle. Kris went on record about O.J. on The Hollywood Reporter. Kris says her kids used to call O.J. “Uncle” before he infamously went on trial for the murder of Nicole Smith, and we all know how that went…
In the interview, Kris was asked about the O.J. trial and her feelings on him.
Jenner has never explicitly said she thought O.J. was “guilty” in Nicole ‘s 1995 murder, she has said she disagreed with her ex-husband Robert Kardashian, who served as an assistant on O.J.’s legal team. Kris say with Nicole’s family during the verdict.
“I remember just disbelief, and then thinking, ‘How are we gonna get out of here?’ We were just kind of scared,” she explained.
Simpson is due up for parole in October and when asked about getting up with O.J. after his release, Kris says she can’t call it.
“I don’t have a crystal ball, but we have some very dear friends in common, so we’ll just see how it goes.”
Soooo, that wasn’t a solid “hell nah?” We see you Kris.

Everyone was so excited to see our favorite British ting Idris Elba as the first Black James Bond, but those dreams were crushed when Idris signed his contract for the next season of his show Luther on BBC. The schedule conflicts that would occur between his role as a detective on the series and him being 007 are too much to handle–he essentially turned down the movie by signing on for Luther.
There’s a million and one candidates for the next installment of the Bond franchise, but many thought Elba would be the perfect candidate. There’s no reports on whether the filmmakers will keep in their direction of trying to cast the first Black man to play James Bond or if Idris pulling out ruined those hopes of progress.
This is the 25th Bond film to be released and the filmmakers are hoping to get it into theaters by the end of 2018, with or without Idris.
Joe Budden has gone viral, again. This time he’s viral for the Migos beef that happened during the BET Awards. Anyways, Joe has been going on the tour explaining the beef. Our friends at 103.9 Boom Philly, talked to Mr. Budden who explains why he dropped the mic and walked off.

Super producer Metro Boomin has officially launched his own label, Boominati Worldwide, which he first announced back in February. He is teaming up with Republic Records and Universal Music Group to facilitate releases and sign artists.
In a statement about the label, Boomin said, “Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist, and a businessman. I created the label to represent a collective of highly gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”

Metro just released the first single off of his debut solo album, “No Complaints” with Offset an Drake and is about to embark on tour with Bryson Tiller in August.

Danielle Bregoli Peskowitz and her Caucasian mama marched into a Florida court today to plead guilty to multiple charges she racked up before her famous Dr. Phil episode. One of the charges is filing a false police report on her mother, where she accused her of using heroine. The other charges she plead guilty to are grand theft and possession of marijuana, according to WPTV reports.
A judge will sentence Danielle at a hearing next month while her father, Ira Peskowitz, continues to fight for her custody. He says the 14-year-olds lifestyle is inappropriate. Apparently, she has a whole “management” team and it is out here flexing from coast to coast.

A man named Norman recently went on a vacation to the Spanish Island of Majorca. Apparently, everywhere Norman ventured on the island, people (you know, white people) flocked to take pictures with him, thinking he was Morgan Freeman. Yikes.
Not only did resort goers and other vacationers think that this man who slightly resembles Morgan Freeman was actually Morgan Freeman, but the club he went to did too. They put up a picture of the actor on the screen with a caption that read, “Morgan Freeman in the house. Buy him a drink if you see him”

Apparently Norman was nice to everybody who asked to take pictures with him and just laughed off all of the encounters. The poor guy was just trying to enjoy a solo vacation, and now he’s a celebrity. Hopefully people really treated the man to some drinks on his night out.

Shanquisha Upshaw let her 4-yr-old daughter run around for weeks with a bullet in her foot after the girl shot herself with a loaded gun in the little house they were staying at. SMMFH!
Another sad death has occurred in Washington state at the hands of police.
A Seattle man who was just hours away from walking across the stage at graduation was gunned down by a police officer. Tommy Le, 20, was set to graduate from Career Link’s alternative high school on June 14. Unfortunately, he never made it to the ceremony because a King County Sheriff’s deputy gunned him down.
According to The Seattle Times, Le was fatally shot last week after he reportedly made a stabbing motion at a homeowner’s door before charging at deputies.
Officers thought Le was holding a knife when he approached them but later confirmed that it was only a pen. The Times also adds that the department won’t release a photo of the pen and did not have dashboard or body cameras.
Just two weeks ago a Seattle police officer killed pregnant mom Charleena Lyles for “approaching them with a knife.”

Say it ain’t so!
According to TMZ reports, Venus Williams has been found responsible for a car accident that lead to the death of 78-year-old Jerome Barson.
The police report indicates that Mr. Barson’s wife was driving into an intersection when Venus’ SUV appeared suddenly and a t-bone collision took place.
Venus story is that she was making her way through the intersection, but a traffic pile up forced her to slow down, thus exposing her to oncoming traffic. As a result of the crash, Mr. Barson suffered severe head injuries and had to be hospitalized. He died 2 weeks later. Mrs. Barson also suffered major injuries including broken bones.
Police cited Venus as the cause of the accident because she impeded the other driver’s right of way.
There were no drugs or alcohol involved in the incident.
Dammit, man. Brandy went through hell when she was found at fault in a similar accident that caused a death. Prayers up for the Barson family as well as Venus. They’re all gonna need it.
