Race Matters: White NYPD Cop Faces Retaliation Because He Refused To Bully Black Officer

White NYPD Cop Says He’s Punished For Not Bullying Black Officer
A NYDailyNews story is detailing the retaliation that a white NYPD officer has been dealing with as a result of his refusal to bully a Black officer, Dana Harge.
Sgt.Valentin Khazin has filed a federal lawsuit against his department claiming that he’s being punished by having his overtime pay stripped, but also being saddled with extra work and holiday work that keeps him from spending time with his family.
Harge was doing his job, said Khazin, who is white. And when the sergeant brought it up that he felt superiors had it out for Harge because of his discrimination complaints, Khazin said he “signed my own death warrant.”
This past Father’s Day, the 32-year-old father of a 1- and 1-year-old, said he was kept on duty almost 24 hours because there allegedly weren’t others to help out.
In addition to the racial retaliation, Khazin says that this superiors ordered him to give another Black officer a low performance grade because she too had filed a discrimination complaint against another officer.
Sounds like par for the course for the shady azz NYPD. They might as well be the KKK with blue hoods.

Malika Haqq Says She And Ronnie Are Not ‘Friends’
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro decided to open up on his short-lived swirl with Khloe Kardashian’s sidekick Malika Haqq yesterday…but according to Malika, he got it a little twisted.
Ronnie says he and Malika didn’t quite work out, but they’re still great friends and better off that way.
Well, apparently he means a different Malika, because she says that she isn’t exactly Ronnie’s “friend.” They’re cordial and all…but a fling is just that, and that’s all folks. As she let loose to Too Fab at the Famously Single Season 2 premiere:
“I haven’t seen Ronnie since we broke up. We are not friends, but we are friendly. I’ll say that.
I did speak to him two days ago via text message and it was all love, but it’s not like we go to dinner once a month. I wish him nothing but the best and he wishes the same for me, but it was just a relationship that didn’t work out. We didn’t know each other before the show so I don’t really think we are missing out by not having each other in our lives.”
We guess Ronnie was using that “friends” term loosely. Honestly, they weren’t a “thing” long enough to fight for a friendship…plus, they didn’t very much of a splash in the reality/entertainment circle (which we’re guessing they had to be hoping for, deep down).
So, no loss on Malika’s end, we guess. Besides, tf you ever watched Ronnie’s dysfunctional relationship with Sammi “Sweetheart” on Jersey Shore unfold…this guy has a demonstrated track record of having a hard time letting go…

Kim Porter Sends Shady Message In Diddy Family Photo
While kicking it with her kiddies, her baby daddy Diddy, and one of his other baby mothers Sarah Chapman at the premiere for the “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” movie premiere last night, Kim Porter served up some blended family preciousness with a dab of shade.
Diddy’s never quite been a one-woman man, hence his 6 children from three different mothers and additional long-term girlfriend. So having a family unit with a bunch of kids and several sister-wives moms has been the norm for quite some time. However, longsuffering on-again/off-again girlfriend and mother to four of Diddy’s kids, Kim Porter seems to have some sideways commentary on her situation.
Kim shared the snaps below, showing how she and Diddy started out as a family unit with Jesse and D’Lila, but other women and kids (Sarah Chapman and Chance) got added over the years.
Her logic has a few holes, since 1. Chance is actually five months older than the twins, 2. Diddy was in a relationship with Misa Hylton and they had a child (Justin) when she came along…so this is hardly how things “started” and 3. Let Misa tell it, Sarah Chapman and Kim Porter have each been in Diddy’s life for the same amount of time, (Google it) so the second photo has really always been the reality.
But we suppose Kim was just feeling some type of way last night…

In White Folks News: Charlie Sheen’s Ex Sues Him For Talking Her Out Of Taking HIV Medicine

Charlie Sheen Sued For Exposing Ex-Girlfriend To HIV
The days of Charlie Sheen “winning” are LONG gone. These days all he has is L’s. Lots of ’em.
PageSix is now reporting that another of Sheen’s exes is suing him for exposing her to HIV and talking her out of taking the required medicines.
The woman is not identified in the lawsuit, and neither is Charlie, however, the suit says that the male defendant was said to have learned of his HIV status in 2011, the same year Sheen admitted he was made aware in his TV interviews.
The lawsuit states that Sheen and the woman began having sex in 2015, at which time she asked if he had any STDs. Charlie replied that he was “fine”. Sike.
After having unprotected sex with the woman, ain’t isht Charlie told her that he did indeed have HIV and gave her two pills to fight off transmission. Here’s when it got crazy:
A few days later, she and Sheen argued about the exposure, according to the suit. He blamed her for the exposure and told her he was “noble” for telling her about his HIV status at all. He also said he had not previously disclosed his HIV status because it was “none of [her] f—ing business.” He also told her that the drugs she had been prescribed were unnecessary, and told her not to believe “the convenient rumors of the medical community.”
The suit also alleges that Charlie frequently used the n-word in describing himself as “the dumbest f**king ni**er in the room” and also describing the women he had slept with as “f**king ni**gers”.
We know people will say and do anything in lawsuits if they think there is some money to be won, but Charlie isn’t exactly a paragon of virtue who WOULDN’T say these things.
Guess the courts will have to sort it all out.

Juror Admits Andrea Constand’s Attire Affected Credibility In Cosby Case
Many were shocked and disappointed when the judge in Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case declared a mistrial after jurors failed to reach a consensus verdict after 52 hours of deliberation.
Slowly but surely, anonymous jurors have begun to speak about their thought process and the things they believed about the testimony they heard.
One such juror spoke to DailyMail about why he didn’t really believe Andrea Constand’s story. It’s the unfortunate logic of many men when it comes to rape and sexual assault.
“She was asking for it.”
The juror said: ‘She was well-coached. Let’s face it: She went up to his house with a bare midriff and incense and bath salts. What the heck?’
While this juror would not reveal how he voted, it’s pretty clear from his statements that he likely did not vote to convict Cosby.
He specifically felt that she should have gone to Cosby’s home only if she was ‘dressed properly and left the incense in the store’ in reference to a gift she brought him before the alleged assault.
A different juror also revealed that the pool used the typical ignorant logic of time-lapse as a reason to disregard Constand’s testimony:
‘That’s hard for me to believe, that I’ve been injured and it takes a year to report,’ the juror said.
‘Whatever the man did, he’s already paid a price and suffered.’
It’s always a bit shocking to hear people say things like this when discussing the rape or sexual assault of a stranger, because it is HIGHLY unlikely that they would use such dismissive logic toward a woman in their family or a female friend.
But there you have it, ignorance as usual.

William C Bradford, director of the Department’s Office of Indian Energy, appointed by Trump, tweeted and deleted some pretty awful comments that are coming back to bite him on the azz. According to The Washington Post, he once described Barack Obama as a “Kenyan creampuff”, Mark Zuckerberg as an “arrogant, self-hating Jew” and climate scientists as “cultists” and “nuts”. He was going crazy on twitter with all types of race related slander. Who does that?
His whole tweet about Obama in December 2016 read:
“I think Obama was given his mission in Tehran long ago, and it suits him just fine. How else can a Kenyan creampuff get ahead,”
The Post called him out on his loose lips and he wrote them back, saying sorry.
“As a minority and member of the Jewish faith, I sincerely apologise for my disrespectful and offensive comments. These comments are inexcusable and I do not stand by them. Now, as a public servant, I hold myself to a higher standard, and I will work every day to better the lives of all Americans.”

Legalization Has Cut Police Searches Significantly In Colorado And Washington
The debate is still raging in certain states about whether or not to legalize marijuana, but if they need a lil’ chronic convincing, then they might wanna look at what’s going on in Colorado and Washington.
NBCNews is reporting that police searches of cars during traffic stops is down 50% since legalization took place in 2012. The change in law even marginally reduced the amount that Blacks and hispanics were searched.
Considering the way police have historically used marijuana as an excuse to harass minorities, like officer Jeronimo Yanez did in the Philando Castile case, legalization would certainly be a welcome change for neighborhoods that feel the anxiety of interactions with the police.
In both states, marijuana legalization eliminated one of the major justifications used by police officers to stop motorists, cutting searches by more than 40 percent after legalization. In Colorado, the change occurred gradually, with searches dropping initially by 30 percent, and then flatting out to a more than 50-percent drop within a year.
For the police, they can look at legalization as a way to continue to build positive relationships with the communities they patrol:
“Searches where you don’t find something are really negative towards a community,” said Jack McDevitt, director of Northeastern University’s Institute on Race and Justice in Boston. “Have a police officer search your car is really like, ‘Why are they doing this to me?’ And you get more pissed off. If you’re trying to do relationship building, it’s not a good thing to do a lot of searches.”
Doesn’t sound like such a bad idea…

Lamar Odom Blasts Stephen A. Smith For “Jokingly Disparaging” Crack Addiction
Stephen A. Smith is backing down from comments he made about Lamar Odom this week, following a response from Odom Saturday. As BOSSIP previously reported, Smith blasted Phil Jackson on the air this week for making poor decisions as the President of the Knicks. Smith specifically said, Jackson’s first executive move was to sign Odom “who was on crack!”
SMH. Mind you, he couched it with the comment that he “loves Lamar Odom the person, and God bless him and we’re wishing nothing but the best.” Still… Odom wasn’t going to let Smith off that easy.
He got right to business and had his lawyer draft a letter which he posted on twitter with the hashtags #slander #ihopewearebetterthanthis
“Let’s put aside the fact that Lamar passed all the required physicals and medical tests necessary to play in the league,” Odom’s attorney, Saam Zangeneh wrote. “Let us look at what this statement does, not only to Lamar, but to any and all professional athletes that are struggling with addiction.”
Mr. Smith chose to jokingly disparage Lamar for having a disease. Mr. Smith chose to shout out the fact that Lamar was sick, and to use his disease as the butt of a joke. To say that his conduct was outrageous and unacceptable does not scratch the surface. Think about the others that are battling addiction. Those that have not had the strength or opportunity to share their struggle like Lamar. Imagine the effect this grotesque statement would have on any young athlete who is privately fighting this disease. To become the punch line of a vulgar joke.”
“Since his release from the hospital Lamar has been actively working within the addiction community. On June 20, the day before the show, Lamar traveled to a rehab facility in Davie, Florida. Here he spoke to the patients at Live Free Institute and shared his story with young impressionable minds.“We hope that those at ESPN will actively voice their disdain for Mr. Smith’s inappropriate statement and take the proper action to support those that are fighting this disease. We would hope that your network would use this situation as an opportunity to become more actively involved in this case.”
A lot of truths in this right? Do you agree that addiction is a brain diseas and that Lamar shouldn’t be ridiculed for what he’s gone through with drugs?
According to US Weekly reports, Stephen A. responded to Lamar’s response, but tell us if this statement, which he issued via ESPN sounds like an apology to you:
“Because of my personal affection for Lamar Odom — and only for that reason — I want to return to my comments about something I’ve repeated quite often over the last few days: the flagrant ineptitude that I feel has been on continual display by New York Knick’s President Phil Jackson,” he said in the statement.
“My comments were NOT to put any more focus on Lamar Odom’s much-publicized drug use and addiction. He was not the target of my ire,” he continued. “Lamar Odom is simply one of the nicest athletes any of us have encountered, and has always been a gentleman to everyone in NBA circles — including me — which is something I’ve repeated throughout the years.”
“That’s why it’s worth repeating: Lamar Odom was not the focus of my ire. My comments were entirely, totally, meant for Phil Jackson. Anyone who loves the NY Knicks, who’ve witnessed what has been transpiring over the last three years, know exactly who I was directing my comments to. And Why!”

Home Robbed Hours After Argument With Lil Kim Over Deposit Money
Well this is certainly suspect… Lil Kim is known for being thorough, but after a jail stint and becoming a mother would she really risk her livelihood to resort to petty robbery?
That seems to be what TMZ is suggesting… Law enforcement sources for the site claim Kim rented a Los Angeles home for a BET Awards weekend party but then decided the crib wasn’t right for her event. At Sunday around 2 AM Kim and her crew allegedly toured the home and decided it didn’t pass snuff — but when they asked their deposit be returned a woman who was either the owner or property manager refused and the group began arguing. Police were called to the crib, but the responding officers told both parties they couldn’t interfere in a civil matter. Kim and company left the scene, but just hours later, at 4 AM another group arrived at the home wearing ski masks and brandishing weapons. The robbers left after securing the bag — specifically Kim’s deposit check and cash — which added up to at least $20K. Law enforcement sources say the culprits also stole a hubcap and slashed the car tires of a vehicle at the scene and LAPD are investigating the robbery.
Hmmmm… We know some things you just won’t fly with folks from Brooklyn but… this could totally a coincidence, right? Or NAH?
